4.1 Schüco will set up password-protected access to the areas of the online portal that are protected by login credentials on the ‘www.metallbaut-zukunft.com’ website for each user that has concluded a corresponding participation agreement for the ‘Metallbau[t] Zukunft’ campaign with Schüco. Only the contractual partner, the specified administrator (if one is designated for a service) and any user specified by the administrator who has been duly authorised by the administrator on the client’s behalf and authority are authorised to access the personal data.
4.2 All users shall keep their personal login credentials strictly confidential and shall not disclose these details to third parties, even if these parties are employed by the contractual partner. Furthermore, the administrator shall keep the user data that the administrator has access to strictly confidential and shall not make this data accessible to third parties.
5. Processing of personal data
5.1 Schüco processes personal data in the scope described below for the purposes of operating the areas of the online portal that are protected by login credentials on the ‘www.metallbaut-zukunft.com’ website.

With this process, registration is only complete once the administrator authorised by the client (if designated for a service) and the user have confirmed their registration by clicking on the link in the corresponding confirmation e-mail sent. If this confirmation is not provided within 48 hours, the client’s registration will be automatically deleted from the database.
