2.2 Any requests for information or objections to data processing must be sent by email to pct_branchenkampagne@schueco.com or in writing to Schüco International KG, Partner Consulting Team, Karolinenstraße 1–15, 33609 Bielefeld, Germany.

 

3.    Deletion of personal data

 

Provided that this is not prohibited by statutory retention obligations, personal data will be deleted if a deletion request has been made, if the data is no longer required to fulfil the purpose of storing the data, or if the storage of this data is not permitted for other legal reasons.

 

 

4.    Personal data

 

4.1 Schüco will set up password-protected access to the areas of the online portal that are protected by login credentials on the ‘www.metallbaut-zukunft.com’ website for each user that has concluded a corresponding participation agreement for the ‘Metallbau[t] Zukunft’ campaign with Schüco. Only the contractual partner, the specified administrator (if one is designated for a service) and any user specified by the administrator who has been duly authorised by the administrator on the client’s behalf and authority are authorised to access the personal data.

4.2 All users shall keep their personal login credentials strictly confidential and shall not disclose these details to third parties, even if these parties are employed by the contractual partner. Furthermore, the administrator shall keep the user data that the administrator has access to strictly confidential and shall not make this data accessible to third parties.

 

5.    Processing of personal data

 

5.1 Schüco processes personal data in the scope described below for the purposes of operating the areas of the online portal that are protected by login credentials on the ‘www.metallbaut-zukunft.com’ website.

5.2 In order to provide access to the online portal on the ‘www.metallbaut-zukunft.com’ website, the following mandatory information is collected. If this information is not provided, it will not be possible to provide access to the contractual partner/user concerned.

  • First name
  • Surname
  • Password (for logging in)
  • Company
  • Address: street name and house number, town/city, federal state, postcode, country
  • Telephone number

5.3 Both the administrator (if designated for a service) and any users must consent to the processing of their personal data. Once the administrator (if designated for a service) and user have consented to the use of personal data, registration will be completed via the double opt-in process.  With this process, registration is only complete once the administrator authorised by the client (if designated for a service) and the user have confirmed their registration by clicking on the link in the corresponding confirmation e-mail sent. If this confirmation is not provided within 48 hours, the client’s registration will be automatically deleted from the database.

5.4 When using the areas of the online portal that are protected by login credentials on the www.metallbaut-zukunft.com website, the data required for the use of these areas is processed accordingly.

If the client wishes to change the administrator or modify user data, a corresponding request form can be obtained by emailing pct_branchenkampagne@schueco.com. A copy of the change request will be sent to the e-mail addresses held for both the administrator and the user.

 

 

6.    Data transfer

 

6.1 Data is not passed on to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so (e.g. in the event of criminal proceedings).

6.2 Schüco sometimes uses external service providers to process data. These providers are carefully chosen by Schüco and contracted by us in writing. They are bound to instructions from Schüco and are regularly inspected. The service providers shall not forward this data to third parties.

 

7.    Tracking
