How to persuade companies

First the good news: As long as you have graduated from secondary school, you have a chance to obtain an apprenticeship or a job in the metal construction industry. But in order to make a good impression, to excite your colleagues and to make a successful start, you should be good at working with your hands, enjoy working in a team, be flexible – and of course enjoy working with metal. If you are also good at technology and handicrafts and have a good flair for art, maths or physics, nothing will stand in your way when attempting to persuade companies to offer you a position. But don't worry: Even if your marks weren't very good in these disciplines, you still have a chance. It is important for you to be able to explain to the decision-makers in the company why you are so deeply interested in the job or apprenticeship.
Are you a trained specialist or project manager who is looking for a (new) position in the metal construction industry? Or are you just starting out and are interested in an apprenticeship? Then the fastest route to your happiness is our application portal. You can make companies notice you with just a click. You will then be contacted and soon you will surely already be having your first talks about your new job or apprenticeship. What's more: You have good opportunities in the metal construction industry even if you are a lateral entrant from a different background!
